It's a Great Time to Sell Your House!

The last snapshot I saw, there is currently less than one month of inventory available in Sacramento county.  That's not very many houses for the abundance of buyers that are out there.  A "balanced" market is 4-6 months.  That means if you're a Seller, you are holding the proverbial cards.  Multiple offers are common on most every listing.  And, there is cash out there.  There is cash out there that can buy your house in 10 days, as-is.

I can help you with that. 

Things to think about:  what makes financial sense for you at this point?  Do you need to reduce debt and lessen the load on your shoulders?  If yes, can you sell your house for more than what you owe?  Are you a candidate for a short sale?  Have you already missed payments and are facing imminent foreclosure?

Do you just want to move?
